2023年又來到歲晚了，壓軸之宴當然要隆重些。

20年前，香港受「沙士」打擊，就在疫情高峰，我們舉辦了怡園酒莊的酒宴，那是怡園酒莊在香港正式上市的慶祝會。記得當時在機場酒店舉行：仍有40多人不懼疫情參加，令人非常感動。

2023是疫情過去的重光年，怡園岀過去20年也有長足進步，年晚打搞萬豪金殿的Jayson師傅一餐吧。

今次約了莊主陳芳女士和釀酒師李衍彦先生來港和酒友共聚共飲，簡介最新發展。

怡園酒莊今次慷慨贊助佳釀12款，包括為慶祝建莊25周年而製作的特別限量版莊主珍藏（由11個年份調配而成），供大家品嚐。

Jayson為晚宴特別設計了菜式，這位廚界新星功底紮實又有創意，最近努力研究傳統食材創新煑意，令人驚喜。這餐真可以說是「好酒好菜好朋友」了！

About Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and Jayson, the Executive Chef

關於萬豪金殿及行政總廚鄧家濠:
位於香港 JW 萬豪酒店內的粵菜餐廳「萬豪金殿」在《香港澳門米芝蓮指南 2021》中首次獲得米芝蓮一星，令只有 35 歲的酒店中餐行政總廚鄧家濠（Jayson）成為香港其中一位主理米芝蓮粵菜餐廳最年輕的大廚。在港已有30年歷史，在2019 裝修萬豪中菜廳，並正式更名「萬豪金殿」。萬豪金殿請來了當時年僅30歲的年青廚師 Jayson 擔任中菜行政總廚，一度成為行內佳話。在他的掌舵下以嶄新面貌呈現，為食客主理多元化的菜式，特色又健康。

Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, The Canton restaurant of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong is awarded as one Michelin star for the first time in 2021, making Jayson Tang, 35-year-old Executive Chef, one of Hong Kong youngest starred chef of Canton cuisine. With renounced history of 30 years, the premium JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong has renovated its Canton restaurant in 2019 and renamed as “Man Ho Chinese Restaurant”.  Jayson at his 30, joined the group as the Executive Chef of Chinese cuisine six years ago. His achievement writes a significant page about fine-dining of Hong Kong. With his lead, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant keeps surprising diners with new menu and innovative dishes.

•Dinner fee will be fully refunded if the venue is shut down by HKSAR government. Other personal reasons will not be accepted for refundable request.
• No walk-ins will be accepted.
• Anyone aged below 18 years old are forbidden to enter the event.
• The event will be rescheduled if any Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 hoisted 4 hours before the event.
